- Since I work with each couple from the first contact until the wedding ceremony I am out of the office many days during the busy wedding seasons of spring and autumn. During these busy times I will reply to your inquiry within three business days. Thank-you Rev. Shanandoah

Marriage License Info
In the state of Arizona you can obtain your court issued marriage license in any county. Both parties must be present with valid ID and payment. Please check with the appropriate districts for times and their specific requirements.
Please note that the state of Arizona requires that 2 witnesses (18 years of age or older) sign your marriage license at the end of the ceremony. For those couples coming in by themselves a photographer can also be one of your witnesses. If an extra witness is needed I can contact someone local for you. Witness fees can range between $50.00-75.00, please pay their fee directly to them at the time of the ceremony.
**Once the ceremony is completed and your marriage license is turned back into the court house it can take them 6-8 weeks for processing. Arizona marriage statutes allows each court house to create their own policies; please check with the clerk on their specific procedure: ex) Will they mail a copy back to or not? If you prepay for a certified copy will they mail that back or do you still need to request it?
